How do you navigate the website?

From April 9-11, our website will be fully launched, where you can shop vendors and interact with the event.

Categorized Vendors Shop by categorized vendors on our website. Browse vendor listings by clicking the ‘+’ icon to the right of their business names. This will expand their vendor listing.

Do you have a specific vendor that you would like to go directly to? Shop our A-Z Vendor Directory. You will be able to view our full list of our vendors, organized in alphabetical order. By clicking the shop now, you will be able to view that vendor’s Online Store/Etsy/Facebook page.

What does a vendor listing look like?

Think of a vendor listing like you would a physical craft fair booth. When shopping by category, you will be able to see a list of vendors in that category. 

Each vendor listing includes the following:

• ‘About’ Information Learn more about the vendor.
• Featured Items list See the vendor’s popular/recommended items.
• Image Gallery browse some of the vendor’s items.
• ‘How to Shop’ section Learn how you can shop that vendor’s items. This may be a website, etsy shop, or Facebook page! The vendor will let you know how to place an order.
• Featured Deal Some vendors have deals exclusive to the KC Local Virtual Craft Fair! You’ll see the coupon code to use.
• ‘Shop Now’ Button This will take you directly to the place where you can place an order from. 
• Social Media/Email Handles Click these to go directly to the vendor’s social media platforms or to send an email to them. These are especially useful if you have a question for them. 

What can I see in the Facebook Event?

Be sure to RSVP to our Facebook Event. In the discussion tab, you will be able to see posts from our vendors! You’ll be able to see an introduction of them and see some of their products.

Additionally, you’ll be able to enter giveaways! Each day we will be giving away some awesome prizes to some lucky people. Stay tuned to the discussion, where we will share how you can win some swag and prizes from our vendors.
